FORGOT YOUR DETAILS?

FAQ

To order you will need to supply your details via our online form, and be able to accept delivery to the address you specify. The address must match the details on your payment card. If your payment card is not enrolled in the 3D Secure scheme, your order may be refunded for security reasons and we will contact you to ask for an alternative form of payment.

All transactions are charged  in GBP.

Our PayPal checkout option has options to apply for PayPal Credit, if you prefer to pay in instalments. Follow the PayPal checkout process for further information on their offer.

All prices shown are in £ GBP

Pricing will by default include 20% UK VAT.

If you are based outside the UK, this tax is not relevant - to ship outside the UK, please contact us for an order payment link, where we will exclude the UK VAT.

If you are ordering from outside the UK, please remember to budget for the relevant sales tax (e.g. your local VAT) and customs duty/tariff (e.g. 3.2% on acoustic guitars, 3.7% on electric guitars) when you make your purchase. Those taxes and duties are your responsibility upon delivery and are payable to your local customs office, not to Live Louder.

The Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment Directive (WEEE Directive) states that all Electronic and Electrical equipment that comes into the market must have a symbol on it to show that it is covered by the WEEE Directive.

If you purchase a new product from Live Louder, we can accept back your old product and will recycle it for you under the W.E.E.E (waste electrical and electronic equipment) scheme. This service is provided on a like-for-like basis (i.e. the new item is a replacement for the item you are leaving with us). If you purchased in-store, you can drop off the item for recycling up to 28 days from the date of your new purchase.

Internet Customers - If you want us to collect the old item when your new item is delivered, then please let us know via our contact page. For an additional charge (purely to cover the return costs to Live Louder), we can arrange for your item to be recycled under this scheme.

We follow best practice in keeping your data secure by implementing the necessary physical, electronic and personnel security policies. We use third party secure payment services (WorldPay, PayPal) who are experts in their field, who ensure that your credit card details are secure and encrypted. At no point does your encrypted financial information hit Live Louder's servers. We are certified as a PCI DSS Compliant business.

All new purchases are covered by the manufacturer's warranty for a period of 12 months, or longer if the manufacturer offers a specifically longer warranty. Warranties do not include accidental damage or wear and tear over time.

Pre-owned items are sold in working condition.

If your order is damaged, incomplete or faulty on delivery, you must inform us within 24 hours of receiving your goods. We will arrange collection of the order and send out a replacement to you.

Unwanted goods can be returned to the shop if in new condition in their original packaging and labels attached. You are responsible for ensuring the items reach us in the same condition you received them, so please make sure the items are well packed to avoid damage and show no signs of cosmetic wear through use. Please also ensure the goods have not been damaged by sitting in smoky environments. We recommend you use a tracked service as proof of postage / delivery.
