Next day delivery:
While we strive for next working day delivery on all orders made before 12pm Mon-Fri, we cannot guarantee that the courier will fulfil every order within that timescale.

Christmas delivery dates:
Our last shipping date of 2023 will be Friday 22nd December. For Christmas presents we recommend ordering well in advance of that date. Orders placed after our final 2023 collection will be shipped once we reopen on 2nd January.

EU shipping:
We still ship across the EU, but since Brexit, you will need to contact us first to create a custom order for you with the correct tax free pricing.

From 1/1/2021 the UK is no longer part of the EU. This means the price you pay to Live Louder will exclude taxes if we are shipping to a non-UK destination

For example, an item showing £999 incl VAT on our website will be billed to you at £832.50 excluding VAT.

However, you will need to budget for any local taxes (VAT etc) and customs duties/tariffs payable to your local customs authority upon receipt of the guitar. Typical tariffs are 3.7% on electric guitars and 3.2% on acoustic guitars. Double check the VAT rate in your country.

In the event that you are returning a guitar from a destination outside the UK, you will need to reclaim any VAT taxes paid to your local customs office from your own government - Live Louder can only refund the amount excluding taxes that you have paid us directly.

Other International Destinations (including USA, Canada, Australia)

Live Louder delivers to many other international countries too - contact us for a custom shipping quote using insured couriers.

Your order will be charged in GBP. Your bank will determine your currency conversion rate - it may not exactly match Google's rate.

Our website shows prices including 20% UK VAT - if you are outside the UK, contact us and your custom quote will be excluding UK VAT - but remember to budget separately for any local taxes and customs duty your country or state's customs department may charge before releasing your goods. You can read more about international ordering here.

International Warranty & Returns Policy

If your order is damaged in transit or is faulty, we will help to fix the issue. We will initially troubleshoot with you over the phone or email while you have the item. If we are unable to resolve the issue this way, we can work with a local repairer in your area and contribute to the cost of fixing the item.

If an item does need to be returned to Live Louder, you will be responsible for the associated shipping fees, but we will do our best to resolve the problem before this is necessary.
